Literally self explanatory, unbelievable balancing. Is this just a money grab before it dies off then bump it up?

Spikes are really annoying to fight against though

Say never one bro, the puma spikes is not good at all and they need a loot of skill to get the weak spot and if you put 1vs1 with a bmpt they literaly evaporisated the puma
