I have played top tier as recently as yesterday night and 3 gamss this morning lmao.
This is just false lol, the T-90M doesn’t even come close to the Abrams. Maybe if you would drop the stupid TUSK package your SEPv2 would actually be mobile.
However if you are actually going to handicap yourself willingly by carrying that trash, you have no right to complain about mobility lol.
A single word: reload.
Anything with a 7.1 second reload instantly becomes mid at top tier, especially when it’s shell is already on the weaker side.
Because the Abrams can’t simply fire directly at the T-90M; it needs time to target weak spots. And if the T-90M also rotates its turret and moves, the Abrams has a very high chance of missing. Meanwhile, the T-90M simply fires somewhere in the Abrams’ direction and destroys or disables it.
If they push it to 11.0, maybe a small buff regarding accuracy in order but would be still balanced if youre pushing it 0.7+ in battle rating. Would be close to getting bonked by some of the 12.0s
T-90M is shit lol now I can’t even decide where it should be placed after playing quite a little bit of Merkavas 4 and even finding the China WZ1001 to be overall better due to mobility and shell velocity, if I have to rate the T-90M won’t even be in top five, it will always be under BVM and which I currently rate it under Merkavas and Abrams.
The lower frontplate of any T-72/80/90 is a ggwp spot. Similar to the abrams with their lower front plate. Both ways, these tanks are around the same level, and weaker generally vs something like a 2A78. Also abrams getts better pen and reverse speed.
The armor isn’t strange, it’s a T-72B/T-90 hull. The only strange part is the turrets, but as I said those aren’t valid targets if there’s no explody ammo behind the armor anyway.
So that leaves the hull.
You avoid the ERA coverage like you do with T-72B 1989, and you aim for the hull ammo.
Of course, they are still resilient vehicles and warrant going up in BR.
They are not invincible though.
They very much are a shoot hull and only hull vehicle, and people [including myself once] are shooting the turrets.
This is so far the most understandable to me.
I can visualize why these vehicles warrant 10.7 very easily. 11.0’s a little more difficult to visualize, but I can still see it.
Do you know how hard it is to hit that lower plate? What if the tank is spinning or bouncing on bumps? No, hitting the lower plate is not the same as hitting the Abrams’ silhouette. Don’t confuse them.
I shot down at him, and it ricochet’d off his hull floor back up into the ammo.
I’ve been practicing T-series hull shots since 2019.
So while BMPT has been easy for me to learn how to deal with using DM33/3BM42 equivalent and superior rounds, I can see why DM23/13 equivalent rounds would have some difficulties seen as the most popular rounds around 9.3.
