Let me know what you guys have experienced.
So played USA 11.3 (stock since I had to use 10.7 lineup with 11.3 IMP trash tank shouldn’t be in game) and regardless of nation combinations we steamed role against enemy BMPTs. Top tier 12.7 people were still bringing them and made no effect as we continued winning. Overall, 11.3 BMPT is the BR for it and honestly, it’s probably dead. Had some game with Sweden too and apart from having Russia AND Germany on my team with BMPTs we got steamed rolled. I can say it’s safe to say BMPT is performing below and officially dead.
Note: If you want game stats I can give them but I don’t think it matters.
One of the places i see bias is in AA systems:
Russia got good AA all through the BRs,
and if they lack: they have TDs with proxy nades/missiles , TDs with an active radar to reach those pesky helis others nations have a really hard time to hit.
Ligth tanks with proxy and all sorts of thingies.
And more.
Russia got it ALL against Planes.
Before the US was handed the Stink™ and T77E1 (lol), they had M19A1 and M42 (i used the M16 instead of these two stinkers) that covered until the M163, that’s it, and other nations got the same holes through out the BRs.
THAT’s a clear bias to me.

Not that important but Spikes (the ones ingame) are from the late 90s. It can go even further to the 80s for the NLOS aka Tamuz (which ofc aint ingame)
Russia iirc got Atakas around mid 80’s
ive been playing thise game for years, yes nato got some nice stuff aswell, just to get rendered useless or ineffective in the next update
I guess it just depends on the teams? I don’t know this is hard Gajin in my opinion has “fixed” or destroyed the BMPT while others say it’s still OP. Maybe I need to unlock and see how it goes.

I was talking about the spikes on the puma vjtf. And I know irl service date doesnt play a role in game but thought it was funny how spikes still dont have their top down attack fixed giving the old atakas an advantage. A lot of spikes are hitting BMPT’s UFP still…
I just hope Gaijin doesn’t think they fixed the BMPT by moving it to 11.3 where no nation has a lineup so it will always get downtiers to the popular 10.7 or slight uptier to 11.7. There’s still so many things to be done to the BMPT.

They added the new SPAAs to be balanced with the Pantsir (I dunno if it did the job) and now it’s just one of the best (like before) plus now they get the Pantsir for free plus the BUKS or whatever, whilst most others are stuck with, the good SPAAs (I guess) and some ass SPAA that doesn’t do the job at all.
At least from my experience of having the super cool BR jump from 9.7 to 12.7 with the Imp. Chapparral and the SPYDER (both with questionable performance at their BRs imo).
Maybe they could do something about the grenade laucher’s ammo eating all schrapnell on side shot ? (idk, just an idea)

I agree, but even with my 10.7 lineup and wanting to ensure I get BMPT I added the 11.3 Abrams trash can and it was still a steam role. Maybe it’s player experience but the way I kill the BMPT is by saying no one loves them in chat (joking by the way please don’t ban). What I do is machine gun turret with my OP 50 cals since BR 1 for USA then go around realize it’s missing the junk in the trunk and shot it. Sometimes just machine can suppression while I take out their teammates then come back to it later.
EDIT: Let me go run 4-5 Sweden 10.7 lineup and hope it’s an uptier to see how many games and kills I get.
It should have been released at 11.3 or higher from the start. 10.7 is already a fragile BR with the amount of german and american premiums. Going up to 11.7 in the next br patch means less downtiers to 10.7 which will be good. Whether it should even go up to 12.0-12.7 will depend on if the BMPT performs around average of 50-60% WR and lower KD at 11.7. But I think 11.3 is still the wrong br for the BMPT and we need to push to 11.7.

Lets not forget how US to this day still has the best SPAAG in the game in M247 and most others don’t even come close.
One of the rare ones that can actually efficiently counter helicopters at that tier.
