Yes and no, because the majority of premiums are at 10.7-11.7 anyway, this often creates a MM blackhole like we have seen in the past, it either will pull up 9.7s or drag down 11.7s this is why I know 11.7 wont move the needle as much as you or anyone thinks. Ill happily eat my words on this but as someone whos played WT for nearly 10 years, ive seen every avenue of broken MM and vehicles and know where this is going.
Again this really will only impact the premium due to lower skilled players playing the vehicle. which is why moving this to 11.7 is what I said prior, it will force the low skill player away and keep the higher skilled player playing, therefor stats I dont think will drop that much because in one hand the lower skilled players stop dropping the stats but in the other hand you now have higher skilled players who have been using this in 12.7 lobbies already btw (only have to go on multiple of my replays and see that) and it still performs insanely well.
I think you missed the point I made, if we go month to month, the biggest WR delta is about 5% between each month which saw it go through multiple types of lineups from its original 10.3 to now 11.7 lineups, if anything it being 11.7 still changes nothing here because its still got a solid lineup that can be used at 11.7 while the majority of nations dont have anything beyond 1 maybe 2 11.7 premiums, and lower BR alternatives suffer in other areas while USSR dont do a degree in stuff like ammo or anti air capabilities.
Somewhat yes, not the majority of its influence, but like I said above, 11.3 to 11.7 still lets it stay in its current lineup meaning nothing really changes beyond what it faces BUT because the majority of skilled players are using the BMPTs at 12.7 anyway all you will see is lower skilled players move off and stats inflate because only skilled players touch the vehicle.
I should also mention, the majority of BMPTs ive seen either have the T80U-E1 or the skinned version which is 12.0 anyway and because you have 2 aircraft that fit that BR, both the Su-39 and 23ML, literally the majority of the lineup just doesnt change when its 11.7

What do you mean “so every vehicle that gets moved up is dominant” thats the entire point of a battle rating system.
Thats the entire point of balancing in video games in general.
If a vehicle is continuously overperforming in its capabilities compared to its contemporary vehicles at its placed battle rating then a higher battle rating is needed in order to make it be more in line so that one nation doesnt overperform. There may be some wiggle room as some nations do have strong vehicles at certain places, this is an inescapable fact of having differing unique vehicles instead of “oops all T72” but the general basis of balancing in war thunder is based around performance.
In a perfect world balancing patches would be more common and based more around the vehicles capabilities than player stats that gaijin doesnt even disclose so everyone has to take them on their word, but the fact you ask this is baffling.
Literally a week or two ago we had a balancing patch that rightfully has moved up many tanks like Turm III or T58 and moved some things like F111A down.
Thats the entire point of balancing in a video game, what the hell is even supposed to be your point here!

Yeah because back then Gaijin didn’t have a premium Puma version whose sales had to be protected from BR raises. The BMPT situation is fueled by pure greed, through and through.

Gaijin always has this complex and tried to artificially buff Russian equipments as much as possible while nerfing NATO equipments.
This is not something new as MANPAD,Abrams,Leopard2A7V and Chally 2 threads are best example in this case.

Motorola when a ratio of 87% disagreess with you in an opinion it must be because of something but instead of believing people with first hand experience or experiencing it yourself, you would rather deny that the BMPT72 needs to go to 12.0 or that its too broken because its easier to cope on inflated stats provoked by the same premium players that do the same every time a premium comes out
