The hell are you on about, those were 2 angled shots by Dm53
And not to burst your bubble, but the Relikt on top of the additional layer of Relikt is supposed to have KE protection, it’s the same type used everywhere else on the tank. Gaijin just decided not to model it, probably because it would frustrate players, especially since it’s angled. It did not get deflected, it got destabilized.
Ether way, those were both angled shots, the second shot had to eat through more armor from that angle so it should be no surprise it did not penetrate.
Remember that video with the Bradley and T-90 everyone keeps yapping about?
Why should it surprise anyone that any vehicle with an autocannon that catches a tank off guard can overpower it with just sheer firepower.
The BMPT just has the benifit of having tank armor, so if a tank fires and doesn’t disable it. It can respond with volume of fire that can severely immobilize the tank.
The only thing thats annoying players is that it has armor. And everyone has this mindset where “If it has autocannon, armor has too be weak” it’s not always going to be like that as tech advances.
It wouldn’t matter if autocannons in game got dispersion added and other factors. Volume of fire will almost always win out any engagement.
It disappeared because the round was completely destabilized and did no other significant damage based on the games calculations. The game isn’t going to fully simulate the rod being eaten away like in some videos on youtube, so in some shots you’re going to see a full rod intact even though it’d be heavily degraded. Perception and the limitations of the game engine
Tell him to learn how to dodge LMURs—the only heli missile with top-attack in the entire game, even though every other nation with FNF Missiles has that capability in real life. But of course, the Russian one is the ‘golden child,’ right? Sure, and tell him to ‘just dodge’ those fantasy-world Kh-38MTs too that don’t even exist in real life once he hits Top Tier.
Yes, “just dodge” or “just move near trees and houses” is what i was told when i said AGM65s are OP as every NATO nation plane carries 4+ of them, so they basically spam them. So same logic applies here i suppose.
yeah… gotta love how for 3.5 years NATO CAS got F&F weapons 6 months to a year before the Russian equivalent (and at much lower BRs and KAB-500 didn’t even have track lock at a full BR higher than walleyes) and it was “skill issue bro”, Germany had PARS 4 years before any other F&F heli ATGM and 6 years before Russia… but as soon as the boot is on the other foot is all “RUZZIAN BIAS REEEEEEEEE!!!” and all the “LMUR OP JAGM takes twice ands many hits to kill!!! RUZZIAN BIAS!!!” just ignore how you get twice as many JAGMs so firing 2 per target gives the same kill potential.
Now that said I don’t think Russian CAS is fair or balanced currently, but I’m going to enjoy the salt from all the “git good bro” CAS apologists that mocked my poor little Type 93 getting orbital struck by Mavs, Paveways, Walleys and PARS for YEARS.
Y’all need a
for this Karmic burn
i too dont belive such, as much as i didnt belvie back then the AGMs were balanced. to hell them Walleyes on A-4E… But that being the problem only when USSR got it is just hilarous hypocrisy.
them FNF ammunition shouldnt be added in the first place, that just makes everything purely unbalanced
Tiger UHT was never ‘immortal’ like these helis with LDIRCM. It has no cannons and mediocre air-to-air missiles. As for the PARS 3, any player with two brain cells knows it’s complete trash. Are you seriously crying about that? It’s a massive skill issue. No wonder Gaijin keeps giving you Russians broken vehicles—you don’t even know how to stay off the radar, so you rely on a magic force field to hover at 10km altitude.
Even Mavericks—which are aircraft-grade weapons—can’t compare to the LMUR. The day every Maverick is a guaranteed kill, when a CAS plane can carry 8 of them, stay immune to SPAA with an invisible force field, and have top-attack missiles that ignore launch angles and are fast enough to be uninterceptable… then you can come back here and I might support your opinion. But for now, you’re just crying, and keep in mind, I don’t even play the US.
