Erm, you might want to check your sources for things. There have been many claims for himars destruction (including a particularly hilarious one where the claimed vehicle was on the upper floor of a building) however actual footage of a loss which wasn’t a decoy or just a fabrication, that I haven’t seen at all.
There was a claimed patriot destruction, which turned out to bit of superficial shrapnel damage but that’s it.
And yes, you did say something inaccurate with the infantry thing. The current conflict is mainly an infantry and drone war now - hardly any armoured vehicles as they’re insanely vulnerable to drones and everywhere is mined to hell and back.

Arena is designed for shallow horizontal targets. It’s because Gaijin hasn’t given spikes their top down attack flight profile even though they accepted the bug report a while ago.

Usually AS30L actually pen the roof and equipments on the roof before detonating from my experience. I’ve had far less issues at one shoring BMPT with them than say with GBU with more explosive mass
i havent seen proof of the armor on the BMPT should be able to deflect a shot from the death star either haha

I don’t play top tier very often, but recently I did for a certain task. I somehow couldn’t kill BMP-T with my PUMA, despite pretty clear sideshots below the turret. I always got the message ‘Shell shattered’ or something like this. Never realized this before. And strange that a vehicle with almost the same BR can’t even kill BMPT from the side.

Its not one reason, it is the main reason. Probably 2/3rds of the games I’ve had at what’s supposed to be 11.0-11.7 as Russia has had 0 BMPTs and 4 or 5 T-72B3 Arenas.
The 2S38 is the only player in that screenshot that has a BMPT and afaik he never used it. Everyone else aside from me and the T-90 had the B3 Arena and either only premium or just flat out no lineup to speak of*. This thing happens every event. There’s only a focus on it right now because of the BMPT.
Not saying the BMPT isn’t contributing, it certainly is, but the huge spike is from the Arena and not the BMPT. Thing is a monster though it needs to be nerfed. Absolute beast.
*I do not count having a KV-2 or T-44-100 as a lineup for the T-72B3 Arena

During BMPT’s flavour of the month era, queues often had Russia have ~100 players while other nations had ~35. Which, yes, is a difference, but expected.
Once Arena became available, the numbers became ~250 for Russia and ~15 for other nations; which is when matchmaking really became problematic.
The current spike is clearly an Arena thing.

You are wrong. I checked. The T-90A has a very incomplete Hatch damage model (making it half the size of the physical hatch), the T-90M also has flat hatch syndrome while the 40mm part is protected by a 110mm outer ring. All the top tier Russian MBTs lack a proper optics modeling. Meaning they are more immune to HE than they should be.
What’s curious is somehow almost all of them are more HE resident than the Oplots quite noticeably. Curious. What’s most curious is how you reckoned I was wrong without checking first. You just straight up lied. Why is everyone comfortable lying nowadays? Why do YOU feel comfortable straight up lying to try and seem more correct online? It cost you nothing to legit just not reply.

Curious how that has been that way for so long. I wondered for the longest time if anyone noticed or reported. Apparently people have already. It’s still been this way. Like many other inconvenient bugs.
