so far, in the CRV ive played 5 matches, won one (on russias team), and have a .25kd (3-12) getting spawncamped every match by BMP-Ts you cant kill lmao

For time being just play non-cqc maps and camp hull down with something that has decent turret armor, then you can torture the BMPT since they can’t really do anything to you, they might try to shoot you with atgms but you are not t-72 so you’d be fine lol

On a more serious note i’m genuinely tired of how biased, either knowingly or unknowingly the devs are but likely very intentionally biased cus of their nationalities (lol).
They added two vehicles in the same patch, one with proper external belts AND blow out panels, which don’t save it, but gave a vehicle without ANY SEPARATION FROM THE CREW or blow out panels, the ability to just survive everything…
They didn’t bother AT ALL to model Boxer’s spall liners, but went to great detail to model them for the BMPT…

It’s not designed to prevent the jet from forming, rather preventing it from detonating in the first place. It’s light, cheap and pretty effective a decent amount of the time. It will do nothing to a formed jet (apart from possibly increasing the penetration by increasing the standoff distance if it gets a lucky hit) and is pretty useless against modern RPGs but with the proliferation of rpg-7 style RPGs, it’s still worth having.
The problem with 10.7 is that there are far, far too many light vehicles that are essentially just food for the BMPT. The amount of armor and survivability that thing has, coupled with two 30mms makes it a point and click adventure. Although the survivability issues would not be fixed by a simple BR swap to 12.7, it would atleast have to face far more armored vehicles.
said light vehicles are food because they straight up cannot pen the BMP-T, unless shooting the lower side, regardless of what BR the BMP-T is, it will overpreform due to the nature of its armour in war thunder

fact that there are people on this forum posting with ZOV in the name freely without any action on part of the devs (despite multiple reports), as well as clans existing with ZOV in the name, says all you need to know.
One day, once I had enough, I will raise the issue with internet regulators and we might see how fast things change when people in EU wont be able to access the store lol.

also, fun fact, as someone who actually has british top tier, the Challenge Mk.2 and Mk.3 can be LOWER FRONT PLATED by the 2A42 30mms (without APFSDS) on the BMP-T.

they are SUPER biased, there is a reason that nerfs only come to NATO vehicles, unless the vehicle is so good it literally makes the game unplayable, i used to main france (finished the ground tree except the damn leopards i dont want), and every BR update literally nerfs france regardless of ingame prefromance due to pure bias alone
