USSR tech tree due to algerias military connections to Russia makes the most sense, France as second option due to gaijin showing they are willing to use colonial past as reason to put in tree as with India and UK

for Russia. Both countries are very friendly to each other and Algeria was first export customer of Su-57 so it just makes sense.
