USSR tech tree due to algerias military connections to Russia makes the most sense, France as second option due to gaijin showing they are willing to use colonial past as reason to put in tree as with India and UK
Would want it as an event/prem/sqaud

Note that these aren’t the same vehicles as previous pictures, the license plates not being on the skirt of the track.
