No it doesn’t.
It eliminates situations when you could survive really good shots and actually kill the person shooting at you.

Why are you bringing up team skill all the time?
Japan, France, USA, Sweden, etc aren’t all “one specific nation”.
Buffs and nerfs aren’t occurring for the sake of balance or buffs & nerfs.
They’re occurring as a consequence of making the game models more authentic which players demanded.

Is the OPLOTs armor authentic? did players demand for the floor of a leclercs turret basket to be considerd a crucial piece of the turret ring and it can not operate if said floor is hit
This is soo stupid the shoot isnt “really good” also western tanks arent incredibly survivable either

Shooting at the center of the hull from the side is a really good shot that should cripple any tank.
