So with the new update, blow out panels were made essentially useless for leopards and Abrams vehicles. There is plenty of evidence of blow out panel functionality and the internal view of compartments during cook off showing survivability. So what is the bug report/reason for making a change that nullifies the historical records of this feature in game?
