The game is in a completely unplayable state for me at the moment. This new update has brought in significant FPS drops for me. Whenever I change a graphical setting, the FPS drops to 1-6 FPS. That is not normal. Specifically, if I change the monitor/display to the main display that I’m using, then the FPS drop happens. I’m also only getting 60-70 FPS in the game right now. On the revamped maps, I get maybe 40-50 FPS. This is very abnormal. I’ve also attached a video link at the bottom to show, that I have a mixture of low, medium and high settings. Ray Tracing turned off.

I have performance issues too.
Before the update my game was fine and stable (100+ fps all the time), with maybe slight drops but never lower than 60-70fps (I don’t have like the most powerful PC, no RTX sadly, but this game was always fine even at high settings)
And now after the Hornet update:
I have huge fps drops at takeoff to like 20fps (when teammates are taking off), then when i fly straight/make slight turns it runs fine (100+fps like it used to), but every time i make a turn and this vapour cloud effect appears my fps drops to 5-20fps range. Only with that specific effect.
I tried different graphical settings, changing dx version, cleared cache, verified game files etc. Nothing seems to fix it.
You guys know any way to just turn this effect off?? Because it makes toptier AR unplayable for me.
I got similar issues, most of the times I load in or out of a match my fps drops to 1-3 and it doesn’t return to my normal ~120 fps. so half of the matches I try to play I have to leave and get crew locked.
same problem here, normally have it capped at a solid 144 but now it randomly goes to 100/80/60 and sometimes even 40 fps. its not like my hardware is being stressed to the maximum.
I don’t understand how you manage to break the game after every update! Fps drops are getting so annoying that we can’t enjoy the game anymore, you are like a joke.
I have a Lenovo loq RTX2050 notebook with 16GB RAM, I play at 1920 x 1080 resolution, obviously it is light years away from being something very powerful, but I always play at high settings between 80 to 130FPS, however today on the day of this post I am having constant FPS drops to the point of being at 20, 30 or even 3 FPS, what happened gaijin?
