I just had a game with 9 kills with a bomber, and they seem to have counted as all 5 tasks.
I am done… Uncork bottle…
So likely, if you get 4 kills without death, you have 2 tasks done, etc…

So this is normal bug, I wasn’t sure how I completed it in 1 round
It is not a bug.
1 - 3 = first three kills in a row
2 - 4 = second three kills in a row
3 - 5 = third three kills in a row
It was always like that, also for the tank killstreak challenges.
Even some other daily tasks / challanges in WT stack, not just this one.
Take this particular challenge as an example.
3 kills within one life = 1x done.
1 consecutive kill after that = 2x done.
7 kills with a bomber within one life = challenge completed in one battle.
IMO these types of challenges are the better ones.
It´s always important to read the wording. If it was “destroy 3 enemy vehicles within 1 life with a bomber in 5 battles” then it wouldn´t stack. Instead you would have to play 5 separate battles and destroy 3 vehicles within one life in each of them.
