Best way to grind F-4F KWS stock

Hello everyone!
I just unlocked the F-4f KWS or the ICE, but I need help grinding it, I would love your suggestions to help me out and grind it
Currently, I’ve unlocked the following:
-Countermeasures
-4 Aim 9Li
I need tips on how to grind parts faster and efficiently, I am not a air main, I main ground.

Ground RB. I’m serious. Play ground RB, kill planes in ground RB.

Alternatively, pop a 500% booster and shoot down enemy players in sim. You better have large reserves or SL for this though since if you’re unused to SB you’ll likely die and/or also kill teammates. (I personally set my limit to around 100-200k SL loss)
