Hi, I have been using the Best Squad contract and it worked all fine until recently, I noted that it will end early even if we were the best squad in game. It just ended abruptly. Is there a bug or something, or does anyone is experiencing the same with me?
Best squad is tied to you having to perform actions while in near vicinity to you squadmate. for ground thats a couple of 100 m, for air its a couple of km. Dont know the exact distances out of my head rn but im sure someone here knows.
Anything you do while youre too far from your squadmate DOES NOT count for the best squad wager.
So: While on the ground, stay close to your squadmate, you dont have to be on top of him/her but in the same area of the map, and anything that one of you does counts towards the wager (in mission points). If youre in a tank and your mate is in a plane everything that happens some kilometres around you or him/her also counts.
If you are fighting on completely different parts of the maps, none of your actions count towards the wager because the maximum distance is exceeded.
Yes, I know that. But I am pretty sure we were the best squad at the end, having like 6 awards for teamworks, while other squad has 1 or 2, but still the Best Squad contract ended for me.
Hm thats weird if you were really close to your sqadmate. Dont know how the awards work. Isnt it just that the squad which got the most mission points while being close together wins the wager in the end? i never used those wagers myself i think i just read somewhere about that thats how they work and thats how they seem to work when youve got an autofilled “green” squadmate. Got 100s or 1000s of them lying around waiting to be traded.
I think it is an award for squads that have most “teamworks” in a battle.
100m if both are in tanks
1km if one or both are in planes
