USA overall, largest lineup of meta tanks of any tech tree.
Japan, Sweden, Germany are extremely strong as well.
China recently got an Abrams, so they’re even stronger now.
Especially now that top SPAA is keeping fixed wing CAS balanced, relying more on ground spawns and a good helicopter seems to be rather potent. Though fixed wing CAS has its moments.
Abrams is a good tank, at least in my experience, the hate for it is pretty unjustified. American CAS is good, havent gotten my hands on the Apache E (i only have the AH-1Z) but it is a good heli.

From what I hear, AH-64E requires more missile spam than Mi-28NM, but you do have double the missiles per sortie, so it should still be strong.
i heard damage is similar to that of the hellfire. I play the ah1z often and the hellfire k missiles consistently one shot so 16 JAGM is more than enough (maybe even better than 8x LMUR)
if you get the 64E, this will be your typical gameplay.

I would say number 1/2 are Japan and France. Kinda self explanatory. Number 3 is Sweden. Number 4 is Russia. Number 5 is Germany. The reason the US dropped is mainly because of CAS. The AH-64E is way too inconsistent and US has probably the worst fixed wing CAS after they started to give everyone SPICE bombs.
