Bell P-39C Airacobra

Hello everybody. I’d like to introduce and suggest the Bell P-39C Airacobra for the US aviation tech tree. This is my first series of suggestions for the early P-39 variants in the US Army Air Corps and US Army Air Force services. The P-39C is the first production and derived variant from a YP-39 prototype that would become the basis for all subsequent Airacobras.

TL;DR:

An initial P-39 variant (Model 13) with a 1,150 hp Allison V-1710-35, 1 × 37-mm cannon + 2 × .50-cal + 2 × .30-cal machine guns in the nose, and w/o protections.

Bell Airacobra Mk. I in British service

As with my P-39C suggestion, @lxtav has already suggested this P-39 variant for the Great Britain section, and I suggest you read his suggestion for more information on Bell Airacobra Mk. I in the British service. Please give your support to his suggestion.

Conclusion | Why it should be in the game

I made this suggestion to request more World War II-era vehicles for War Thunder. One thing I found interesting about this P-39C is that all guns are grouped in the nose, which provides a more accurate volley fire. Performance-wise, the P-39C is almost similar to the American P-400 but is lighter and faster due to lacking armor and self-sealing tanks. This P-39C would make a certainly welcoming addition to the P-39 Airacobra family for US aviation.

+1, the US could use some earlier mods of a lot of their iconic aircraft (P-39, P-40, B-25 etc.), this would be a good option for the US between the P-400 and P-39, whilst it could come as a premium or event for britain
