It is absolutely better than the HSTVL. Better ammo. More ammo. Better IRST tracking for air targets. Unmanned turret.
Hell, you obviously don’t know that the HSTVL is already at 11.7, meaning that I want to put the 2S38 at the same BR as it, at minimum.
Your bias machine can go to 11.7 and it will still perform just fine.

huh??? I mean I can kinda get the idea, but the 57mm on the 2S38 I would argue is better then the HSTVL you lose 50 whole pen which lets be real at top tier doesnt really matter all that much, but gain triple the fire rate and a 148 round auto loader, like Idk how you can think thats weak but eh

What’s wrong with you? HSTV only has 26 rounds, while 2S38 has over 100 rounds. 2S38 is better than HSTV, as it can fire more ammunition in the same amount of time, posing a more serious threat and having more ammunition to continue fighting. Is the engine quieter? What’s the use of that? Can’t you adjust the volume yourself? In terms of the penetration depth of a single shell, the opponent faced by 2S38 can be completely penetrated, while HSTV may not be. Compared to 2S38, HSTV is just a clown with a little more penetration depth
