Before suggestion about high decrease of reward for fighter jets which are bombing in air rb

What do you think of it? I have nonthing against bombing but I believe its should be a task for strike or bomber aircrafts. I believe that fighter jets should get only 0.1-2 rewards for a bombing and I can see 2 reasons for it:

  1. Strike aircrafts are missing their main source of points, especially subsonic one like harier, tram and etc. (The good alternative is ground targets, but mapmaker decided to give a lot of maps only artillery units giving worthless amount of points)

  2. These fighter jet player are becoming just a ballast. They dont have a skill to fight, they take slots and die without giving any effort into victory. This led to a lot of situations when you get a full team of such players and after few minutes of fight you can press tab and see that you are alone against full enemy team.

I believe that such suggestion should be created and accepted. What do you think guys?

reducing rewards for players is a very bad idea.

Why not just make bases only strike aircraft can see and damage? It will surely fix the issue of fighters stealing bases, while providing more bases that a strike aircraft can potentially take out.

the gamemode needs to be reworked so that ground targets need to be protected and give more rewards for killing them

There are a few major changes that need to occur within ARB to balance ground attackers vs fighters.

  1. Decompression - Strike aircraft and fighters are forced to be the same BR because you cannot move many of them down to appropriate BRs because they would be cancerous.

  2. An overhaul of the ground objectives, not just adding more, but increasing their value on the match outcome (quite frankly its time to get rid of the boring flat bases and actually add some interesting building based objectives)

  3. Rebalance Napalm / Add CBUs - Napalm is the crutch that enables fighters to be so effective as a base bomber. Reworking it and/or rebalancing the rewards from it would help a lot. Likewise CBUs could be added as an equivalent weapon for aircraft that dont have napalm.

  4. Remove diminising Returns - The more bombs you take, the less reward you get. Simple. Its stupid and punishes aircraft that can take more bombs, which are also generally punished in BR as well for the same thing, and neither factors in the negative impact from taking said bombs in the first place.

There is an argument for promoting intended roles, but the most I would propose would be something like:

Fighters get 1.2x rewards from PvP kills and a 0.8x from PvE kills
Strike fighters get 1.0x rewards from PvP kills and 1.2x from PvE kills
Multiroles (new class) get 1.0x rewards from both PvP and PvE
Heavy bombers (generally quite vulnerable to attack) 1.2x rewards from PvP KIlls and 1.4x from PvE kills

PvE kills include not just AI ground targets but also bases

But its a broad issue that cant be resolved through just punishing bad players

Bombing is useless in Air RB and flying a bomber almost always hurts the team in a 16 v 16 death match.
