I like your thinking, but maybe they should buff the flight model of the Mig 29A instead. I shouldn’t be bleeding literally all of my speed just trying to do very small, gradual turns. To be frank, I’d rather use a mig 23 instead. It’s just that bad. (This is coming from a guy who absolutely loves the Mig 21 and J8B/F too. It’s not like I’m not used to this playstyle) Please please please just decrease the drag on it a bit instead of making it a paper tiger like it feels like right now outside of the R27ERs
Do a quick protection analysis of DM53 (or the actual round itself if it’s in the protection analysis options now) against the front of a 2A4. And then test the front of the Object 292 with DM33 in protection analysis. It doesn’t take a scientist to figure out that it’ll be incredibly powerful in a game that’s all about whoever disables the other first. A 10 second reload doesn’t matter when you can go through their turret face like butter and leave them with a 30 second repair time before they even get a precise shot on a weakspot
The AMX 50 they’re talking about is a premium dude. I have it and they’re definitely lackluster being shoved into 9.0 matches with people so heavily armored that all you can do is cry if they push you since you only have a little over 200mm of pen. But a french tank that can actually 1 shot people consistently is TOO STRONG. Giving french players aphe is apparently the equivalent of giving them the infinity gauntlet

The ONLY USA aircraft that can Have HMD right now, through the form of VTAS would be F-14A → even then it is not possible as VTAS functionnalties requires a block of Hard/Software that were added for the only aircraft which make those trials, and is not available on the Serial F-14A/B or even D.
F-15A NEVER EVER got VTAS installed, as the trials made on USN F-14A were looked upon from USAF, and they decided that it was not worth to integrate it.
If you look, the VTAS only ever been proposed, and AIMVAL test-campaign make it possible to check feasibility, without making it in Hard.
→ F-15A is inelligible to VTAS as is F-14A since it is not equipped with the required Module for VTAS to work.
