EDIT: Before the uptier to 10.0, Strela was superior in every way to Ozelot which is 9.7. To be fair, it still is superior but is now at appropriate battle rating.

Even if we accept the premise that the F-16C is superior, which I don’t, that isn’t enough to justify a lower BR. This game is FULL of vehicles that share a BR where one vehicle is superior to another but the difference isn’t great enough to justify a different BR. This should be known to american mains since their tech tree is bloated with so many vehicles that there simply aren’t enough BR slots whatsoever to differentiate them with unique BR’s. But I guess they’re grasping for whatever sorry excuse they can find to avoid the nerf.

Even JAP/ISR variants were not raised having somewhat different —if not better— IR IRCCM missiles, thats proves its not a mUrIcaNs mAinS thing anymore.

The Buccaneer S.2 NEEDS to go DOWN from 9.3 to 9.0 and an air-spawn too wouldn’t go a miss.
Its always the last to enemy bases and looses a good amount of bombs when using Flares/ Chaff.

The only nation mains I hear suprisingly little from is Israeli mains, but that might be because there are so few.

Considering that all of the uptiered French vehicles under discussion have very little armour, this feels irrelevant, but okay.
M900 and its equivalents are enough, we don’t need to bring 3BM60 into 10.0. Thanks to the Stryker, I couldn’t complain about 3BM46, as that would indeed be hypocritical. 3BM60, however, is on another level.

3BM60 and KE-W are direct equivalents, and both are seen at 10.0 now.
I am utterly unsurprised of course, gaijin hating france isn’t new, gaijin hating ground isn’t new.
I only bothered to go check the full list of nonsensical BR changes this time around because when logging in into the game I immediately noticed several of my lineups got destroyed.
The Strela got uptiered massively. I was expecting that. The Strela is very good, much better than all the missile SPAAs the other nations got at the same OR higher BRs. Of course, the problem was never that the Strela was too low, it was always that other IR missiles SPAAs were too high.
At 8.7+, CAS is extremely capable. Capable SPAAs are required for counterplay. That is an extremely basic concept. Looking at these SPAA changes makes me wonder what kind of twisted vision do you have for ground battles. The Japanese top truck SPAA? From 10.0 to 11.0? that thing doesn’t have radar missiles, only IR. What are you doing. Now Japan is also stuck with the ungodly terrible Type 93 as its only missile SPAA until 11.0. Why.
Again, I am very much not surprised. Those are the latest nonsense BR changes in a very long series of nonsense BR changes. But after so many years, really, you can just say out loud that your goal is to make the game as devoid of fun as possible, you don’t need to keep the mask on when you’re this blatant about it.
please for the love of god look at the SPG’s in the 6.0 br range and put them up in br. these vehicles are SUPER annoying to fight especially when you use APHE rounds that dont fuse on their armour.
The only vehicle with KE-W that the US gets is the M60 AMBT, which is an MBT that is an event vehicle with worse maneuverability and fire rate (with the M60 AMBT only getting better than the 2S25M if you Ace the crew). The protection of the M60 AMBT is better, but it can still be easily be penned by all rounds at that BR.
If we’re going to actually look at light tanks, then the only one comparable is the M1128, which is stuck being a wheeled vehicle with a worse reload (even when Aced) and a worse round than 3BM46. Additionally, the M1128 does not get access to ATGMs and gets less than half the ammo storage than the 2S25M.
So all in all, there was no reason for the 2S25M to get a better APFSDS round.
