As already posted by other people in here, if a nickname is found to be breaking the TOS and that person is reported action is taken upon that user.
Obviously, there are thousands, or even more offensive nicknames, different variations and so on, so its normal of you to think nothing is being done but I can assure you actions are taken against such usernames when they are reported, so if you stumble upon offensive nicknames feel free to report them =)

I used to be a server admin for an international gaming community and we used this kind of tools, updating it constantly to kick or ban those using “forbidden words or nicknames”, and it was more than 15 years ago, so i guess it wouldn’t be difficult for gaijin to implement something similar

This topic as sensitive as it is, is not to be used to target users so.
Guys I can’t believe I have to say this but any comments attacking anyone based on what you think there username could mean will result in a timeout and depending what’s said even a perm ban.

i am reporting everytime when i see someone using name agains rules, funny is, i have few in friend list, and i reported them few times, and they still have that name, and are still playing, so reporting players using names agains rules, or decals that are agains rules is useless
it’s weird. Remember always to add a clear description of the broken rule, especially if the offensive name is not in english, because last time I did I got a notification about that

But I can assure you, we don’t ignore your reports! (or anyone else for that matter) :P
All reports are reviewed by the Game Masters and if found to be breaking the TOS punished in accordance.

Stalin is fine, right? Because there is a bunch of Russian tanks named after him in the game.
The list of rules as I have posted and a few others are the rules there is no amount of whataboutism is going to change that also if you feel a username that you have reported hasn’t be noticed pleases can I recommend for you to ask a Game master through the correct channels and they can deal with any usernames that are in breach of rules.

You know there probably thousands of reports coming in every month, so it will take time for the mods to review them and see if they are actually offensive or not…
