some reason i got banned 7 days after 5 days banned and today got banned 7 days

Hello,

I recently regained access to my Gaijin account after being unable to log in for several days (approximately 5 days). When I logged in again, I saw that I had received a 7-day ban for teamkilling.

I want to clarify that I did not commit these actions myself, and I believe they occurred while my account was compromised or accessed without my knowledge.

This situation has been very upsetting for me, as I’ve worked hard on my account and don’t want to be unfairly penalized for something I didn’t do.

Please let me know if it’s possible to review the logs or actions from that time period and confirm if the behavior was consistent with my usual activity.

No one can help you here. Ask support.

The forum cannot help with bans, and in this case, support and GM’s cant either. This is due to it being a teamkill ban. You will have to wait it out
