Cause last I checked the gaming community puts Valve and Steam on a pedestal, which has far more monetization methods akin to Japanese MMOs than War Thunder ever had and currently has.

I clicked exactly 100 times, immediately got the Decal - after the first game I played I got the Victory mark and I got one other one after the next game (I think it was the “single” banana"). I assume I’ll get my bunch after the next game I play…
I only play Air battles (mostly just air sim) so IDK if you get different items if you play ground.

I skimmed this thread a little, looks like some people do not recognize how monetization works in WT. Bad players need to open wallets to progress. Normal players don’t have to pay to progress, but it will be slow otherwise. Good players breeze through everything without paying anything.
I sincerely thank all the noobs and mechanically impaired players for funding the game for me, and I’m not even that good lul.

Try a different bunch. If that doesn’t work, try restarting the game. If that doesn’t work, click a banana irl 100 times and see if you get a temporary tattoo from it :)

I am still able to click/collect bananas on PC . . just tried it and worked fine for me
