Brand-new account, spent about 800 PLN on premium stuff, and what do I get? A ban.
Before the ban, I’d been AFK in the hangar for about 30 minutes—nothing happened then—but the reason given is actually ridiculous.
I checked through two of your replays and saw nothing obvious fishy there. Your ban might still be due to some software that was problematic for Gaijin. You may want to contact support to sort this out.
What happened to the other account ?

The only thing I had was Overwolf—nothing else. I wrote to support asking why I got banned, and now I’m waiting.

How new an account is and how much you have spent on the game has absolutely nothing to do with if you get banned or not. Bans are not always instant, they can happen some time after the offence as well.
Cheat/Exploit bans are handled exclusively by Gaijin Support and are not reviewed, appealed, or overturned by Game Masters, Moderators, or forum staff. If you suspect your account was used by someone else to commit any forbidden actions, please provide proof for other, unusual login locations when contacting support (you can find your recent login history in the Security Settings on the main War Thunder website).
