Hello people i get ban because of my username i chnaged it and game says you need to change name i did it now my name is Ar_best old name was getting people mad

That name is offensive to nobody, tf you talking about??? You got banned for something else

Contact a game master via forum DM, username bans are not automatically lifted.

The name was already changed. OP does not provide offensive name.

It is my understanding rule breaking names get discovered by reporting.
If this is true it is exactly the communities job to judge names.

He was eventually reported. Changed the name so the issue is only the procedure to get the account active again.

AS SAID ABOVE (@AXCHNEER )…send a PM to a game master to check your issue.

Reporting, yes, of course, we rely for a big part on the community to report suspicious/questionable names. But the “judging” is not done by the community (not even by us GM’s actually, our reports also get forwarded to the responsibles at Gaijin).

WHat I sepcifically tried to hint at however is that this is a matter between a player and gaijin, and not something that needs to be discussed by third parties.

It is not up to the Community to Judge names… War Thunder is for ages 12+ it is Gaijins right to protect the innocent… and so, the community will not be exposed nor take responsibility for making judgement on bad names that some may try to use…
