I need balanced teams, i cant do this anymore, 12 matches, each match 50%+ of the team was GONE in less than 5min, i can´t do this anymore, there should be a 1hr Ban if you quit before spawning at least twice in GRB so people stop with this bs and stop ruining matches for the rest of the team.

It would be nice. Its one of the big reasons I rarely bother with top tier. It doesnt happen as often below 8.0ish.
Theres no point in playing when the game rarely lasts beyond first engagement since everyone leaves after that.

team balance is a very big problem in every mode i swear ill be playing 13.0 and well have 2 13.3s and enemy team has 13.7
It does but much less often at ww2 BRs.
At top tier half of both teams 1DL every match. At WW2 its only 1-2 per team on average.
