Yeah, as do I, but cycling through TV sight everytime is just an unncessary extra step, and can do some annoying things like resetting the TIALD camera. Especially annoying in the Tonrado Gr1 with PGMs when wanting to use CCRP target selection to target a base to fire them off at.
There are a couple of new keybinds:
Targeting Optics View
Optical Seeker View
didn’t get to test them on the GR.7 on dev server but they might work

That… works perfectly (well, good enough) thank you both. That was a BIG QoL change that has been driving me NUTS the past few months. Thanks for pointing that out. I wouldnt have seen that for ages…
(I really wish these things were actually included in the patch notes!!! I dont care about 90% of the changes in patch notes, but the things that are really impactful, like this are NEVER mentioned!!!)
Just had a go with it on the Jag TIALD and was a bit annoyed that at first it doesn’t work as a toggle between the TGP and default view
But found that if I bind the same key to third person in addition to the existing key, it’ll switch between TGP and 3rd the way I want it to. So I’m happy with it for now
What does the “seeker view” key do on the GR.7? Straight to Mav sight picture if you’re carrying them with TIALD?

Okay, now this is a perfect change, 1 button toggle is AWESOME. THank you so much for that suggestion, would never thought to have tried that!
I assume seeker view would be for switching to Maverick / Kh-29T / AGM-62 / whatever weapon you have’s seeker view. So redundant on Harrier with TIALD, but useful for other aircraft.

Ive just had a game and got sniped by a ZA35…I was flying above 10,000ft and over 4 miles away from it XD

if the Harrier Gr.7 wouldnt have the Maverick Seeker view you could even save an additional keybind for planes without a TGP, but if you bind the TGP key to the Seeker key it just jumps to the Seeker view and not the TGP. -_-
Noticed the pasta harrier has 100% Lerx, guess we’ll have to wait for either a late Gr.7 or Gr.9 to see this.
