B57 nukes should not spawn on the ground

Canberras and IL-28s get an airspawn. In the 3-4 nukes I got with US 8.0 I got intercepted by jets from respawning players by the end of my runway.

It also gets drop tanks and .50 cal pods, making it the by far most sluggish plane in that BR range.

Why is it that every nation but the US gets airspawns in their jet bombers, but the US gets shafted? Either make everything spawn on ground, which would mean that basically no nukes before Tornado etc get dropped, or make everything spawn in the air.

I think there is a bug where if you use the nuke button while still in a tank the plane automatically spawns on the runway while if you exit the tank and spawn it from the spawn menu you can choose air spawn. Not at all sure though.
