+1. Very well made suggestion
I agree with join AEASE’s vehicle in to game, but I disagree all of the members join the Japan.
We disagree too. That is why this suggestion is only fucused on the founding ASEAN nations, not all of them.
Why China? I can see the reason for UK but China? Nope.
Isn’t it only has DM33 only? It why is it at 11.7? Although it has the capability to fire DM63 but the government didn’t bought it
Last i talked with aqua it is not certain or confirmed which round they use Leopard 2 SG: Punching Above It's Weight - #13 by AquaUselessGod
Discussions on the forum about where ASEAN vehicles are going are always so bad…
Tbh, just do it on a case by case basis, no one or even two nations should get all ASEAN vehicles
so to US then? F-15SG is a US design sold to Singapore by the US, incorporating US avionics and weapons. same with their F-16’s
personally though, i think the F-15SG to US since it would serve a purpose and ofc is a US vehicle, and F-16’s to China or Japan whoever needs them more
hey can i ask that how to make a slide tech tree like that, i want to make a subtree for Vietnam in Israel tech tree
Just search “War Thunder tech tree maker” and it should come up as a github thing.
thanks
It might be, Singapore and US have much more closer ties than Japan and China
possible, however as a US player, i do think vehicles should be considered on a case by case basis for this. the F-15SG in particular would have a place in the US as it uses JSOW operationally while US strike eagles probably can carry them, but dont
their F-16’s would be largely pointless as we already have F-16’s that do the same thing, their leopards would just take away from the uniqueness of US top tier ground
Japan definetely but china is more or less the same as USA
How so? Looking at the Malaysian stuff, most of their equipment comes from Germany, Sweden, the UK, and the US. The OPVs you mention on the flip side are indeed a joint Malaysian/Chinese design, but they were not deemed successful, and the remaining 14 ships of the Keris-class will be built according to German and Dutch designs instead.
As for Singapore, once again, their equipment comes mainly from the US, Germany, Sweden, France, and Singapore itself. They have very few ties to China on a military level, so it really seems odd to put them as a sub-TT to a Nation they have little to do with. Plus it seems the vast majority of Singaporean players disagree with the notion from what I’ve seen
It also makes sense. But apparently the current United States does not need a Singapore subtree.
In most aspects i mean
If we are talking about your standards then everything should be added to germany, USA and USSR
this is true, and why you will only ever see me asking for the F-15SG, not a full subtree
other than ships, also MANPADS, UAVs, motorcycles, army trucks and so on
more than japan at least
