Yeah maybe they have older and upgraded ones in stock. Because there’s also this about it, given that the placard you sent includes the RVV-AE, and the normal N019 is not capable of firing R-77s, then it seems like it’s the N019ME
“the MiG-29SM version results in inclusion into the N-019E (N-019ME) airborne radar composition of an independent radar-channel with MVK-04 computer, in upgrading of the optical electronic fire control & navigation system due to integration of a new data display system with a MFD-54 multifunction color display and installation of additional weapons management control system.”
“In the composition of MiG-29SM airborne avionics the data exchange multiplex channel is added (bus of MIL STD 1553B standard). The “A-A” class weapons nomenclature is added with middle-range missiles R-27ER1, R-27ET1 (T1) with radar-guided and IR homing heads and RVV-AE missiles with active radar homing heads.”

Yeah it’s Н019Э
Google translate didn’t pick up for some reason

Н019Э, Н019 (в-в, в-з, метео)

It seems to be upgraded n019 in some way,
Anyways still much worse than n010

We got to the bottom of it, nice, yeah I think it could be an interesting 13.3 jet to have, honestly the SMT itself is alright these days thanks to the decompression and the favorable matchmaker 13.3s get

Also I must say the MiG-29 variants are so damn confusing, just like its western counterpart the F-16, there are so many variations and combinations of systems, capabilities, countermeasure setups and avionics, really a mess lmao

Cool

What kind of radar does the Su-30Mk2 use?

Disappointingly, N001 VEP.

I’d rather have Malaysia’s unique Su-30. Has N011M BARS plus canards and TVC unlike Indonesia’s MK2.

Really cool

I mean the Indonesian would probably be more unique in the game actually, in practice the Malaysian wouldn’t differ much from the Russian one at all despite having significant differences that matter irl, but not quite ingame, the Indonesian Su-30 being worse than the SM can fit as a 14.0 jet instead of 14.3 for example, but I’d like either of

Indonesia’s Su-30 are bascially the Su-27SM with worse engines and less A2G options; correctly implemented it would be 13.7 at best.

Yeah sounds about right

MICA - Meteor and Hammer. The rest of its AGM will probably be comprised of our JDAMs and Paveways since we already have those in piles. Plus we’ll probably try to work our already in stock 9X as part of it’s armament.

Would be nice to see Indonesia request wiring or something for AIM-120s as well and probably be 1 of the only if not the only Rafale user to use amraams on it, should make it unique if that’s the case, combining amraams longer range capability + MICA deadliness at closer ranges, probably a 4x of each missile for full fox 3 loadout or 2x amraams, 4x MICAs and 2x magic 2s/MICA IR

oh hell nah that’s some OP shit. If that’s really the case (which Indonesia is known to do) then the future Indonesian rafale really got to be Rafale B to compensate for the armament variation.

But, the reason I mentioned 9X is because as far as i’m concerned we don’t use Magic. our IR AAM are 9B, 9P, 9L and 9X. And if we want to be more ace combat we have the chance to request for R-73 Wiring.

Not to say it can’t happen, but generally Rafale contracts bundle in weapons (and resupply of the said weapons), so in service it’ll probably be Mica IR/EM + Meteors.
In game it’ll probably just be Magics though, “same aircraft, same weapons” policy etc etc

just need to pray TNI-AU goes IAF and starts strapping AMRAAM - RVV-AE - R-73 - 9X on that rafale.

think only missile iaf would even consider integrating are the ASTRA series of missiles. which are much better than meteor

Doubt they have the will or funds. There were talks of integrating western armaments (missiles) to the Su-27/30. Never came.

Besides, I thought the Americans were still trying to field a Meteor counterpart and now they have the air launched SM6. Meteor is the premier long range weapon and I’m not sure making it Amraam capable is worth the cost when you already have the ‘better’ missile.
