Either why in a open top or not. When you see yellow smoke on the ground you have a solid 2 minutes to move to get away from the artillery. And if you’re path is blocked to escape by a enemy vehicle they must be doing something right and you did something wrong.
I believe WoT is a game ruined by artillery so maybe we are best to leave it alone. Watching replays it seems that many don’t even bother using it.
I get the occasional kill with it now and then, they all add up.
I wouldn’t say it was a joke ,not as much of a joke as throwing Artillery pieces in to use as tanks in game. M109? That was just lame and lazy gap filling.

I don’t see how you couldn’t dodge it before it came if it was even 1 minute.
It’s like 10 seconds
Its 40 seconds for a person to set the target and the artillery to drop, plenty of time to move.
