Probably but i dont play enough for most of tjem. Havent looked in a bit to see if there are any relaxed ones.
So i mostly go solo
Squads are the 4 man, squadrons are different. Some people do hotseat and just run with randos. focus on expanding your friendslist.
Even ask your autosquadies to squad if you think they did well in the match you were in.

Im wondering if the adrenaline rise kills a bit of the stress and levels me momentarily?
For be staying calm works the best.
More I try or stress about something, I make more mistakes.

“I think” isn’t the best argument. If we would changed something like that regarding armuor values, players would have noticed :)
