the sturmtiger has anti-personel mine launchers at the back.
Why isn’t this in game? It could also give the mine protection of merkavas a use.

because anti-personnel isn’t important in this game, and i highly doubt it will be, assuming you are talking about infantry, and not normal tank mines…

Anti infantry weapons are useless in WT. Almost every smoke grenade launchers can use shrapnel grenade for anti infantry purpose but we dont have them in game because its useless.
Although it might be able to kill some open top vehicles at very close range.
