my bad i wanted to put the f-5c but i forgot to change the picture, f5c had above 700x sl multiplier now it has around 690-650 i believe

Premiums have not reduced in SL and RP rewards. Your screenshot proves no reduction.
Rank 2s have lower grind power.
Those repair costs are maximum and it’s lifetime related, and the lowest they’ve been period.
