Yes you can see that from a mile away. So why bother with it?
It does track like in air battles, if it doesn’t you’ve messed up the controls.
It does track.
It is similiar as in Arcade battles, you can keep it locked, only thing it just doesnt show you lead.
But while having constant lock and track it is way easyer to take the lead on mg/cannon AA’s.
Or even missile AA’s , and letting enemy 0 alert of lock.
It is really just hideous advantage, and ironically if PC players would be using it, it would be cheating
