Arcade Target crosshairs

Can i ask when is the problem going to be fixed about the target crosshairs in arcade GFs being affected by close objects ( such as from side walls , lampposts ,telegraph poles etc ) at long range targets while being in some cover but able to hit enemy.
It seems if you get close to an hard cover to kill a standing or moving target in front of you the sight either is to low or jumps to aim over but not on target which i real life doesn’t happen
