ARB Helper App Concept, need input

I have recently gotten into the idea of making a simple app made specifically for WT ARB, the ideas is that youd choose your country, your BR and then it’d show all possible enemies, and some important info about them, say you select US 9.0, itd show a DOWNTIER,SAMETIER and UPTIER tab of all planes in the 8.0-10.0 BR range, where you can see teammates and enemies and their BR, to help decide if its a downtier, uptier or neither, also it’d show highlighted information about the planes, like

MiG-15bis - Amazing dogfighter, Great speed, Poor rollrate, No missiles, No flares

Yak-38M, Awful dogfighter, No flares - 4x 30G 2.4M MAX Spd R60 | rear aspect IR missiles

Su-25, Great dogfighter, 256x Flares - 2x 30G 2.4M MAX Spd R60M | All aspect IR Missiles

And so on, my question is, would anyone have any kind of interest in such an app? It’d be a simpler app, and free ofcourse, targeted for PC and solely ARB.
And if anyone has interest in this, does anyone have any kind of ideas of what could be added, or how youd ideally lay it out, or anything like this? I appreciate all kinds of input, criticism, ideas, argumentative texts and whatnot!

For experienced people that app wouldn’t be that useful (you’d just memorize loadouts of other planes by playing). However, I can see the use for that app for people who are very new to the game and buy a high tier premium.

Personally, I don’t think the app will be super useful in the long run for some people because they’ll quickly learn other vehicles’ battle ratings, loadouts, and whatever else. The War Thunder Wiki also exists for people to look at as well. If you were to make the app, one nice feature to have would be to have a link to the WT Wiki page for a vehicle next to the little description in the app.

Its hard to know every plane you’re fighting against, especially when you’re playing at a new br since the stat card doesn’t help much. Its a pretty great idea and i can see myself using it.

But instead of an app, what if it was a website so in the middle of climbing, you could quickly pull it up to plan how you’ll face an enemy. like how there is a website for the sim br rotations

Youre not the only one to give the idea of making it a website, and i’ve started looking into it a bit more, however the first release will most likely be an independant app (sadly) because ive come quite a long way in the development of said app, but thats not to say i wont create a web app after, depending on the feedback i get of the app i am making, but what youre saying is indeed my thoughts, theres so many planes and variants of each plane, its difficult to learn it, even for me with 1000 hours its hard to grasp it fully. New players (especially premium warriors) will struggle at the leap from 4.0 to 11.0

EDIT Heres a rough proof of concept for the APP general idea, with a good bit of info missing yes but thats the idea.
