Specifically Shimikaze - the front and rear lunchers worked OK, the middle on loosed 1 torp and then wouldn’t do anything - showed “green”, tried at all angles between max front to max rear, both sides - danged thing just would not work.
Yep, the same happened to me. Only fix which i figure out, is to turn off torp sight with “Q” and spend rest torps without it(cause it launches torps from every launcher at once). Probably something went wrong with order of torps launch by torps launcher, so game trying to launch trop from empty launcher or something like that.
