Anyone else Noticed the british 12k bomb doesn't work anymore?

I’m afraid not.

Here is the over-pressure measured during trials of the 8,000 lb H.C. bomb.

Spoiler

About 40 psi is about the absolute minimum to kill someone with over-pressure, and about 15 psi is the threshold for serious injury. So at best the lethal over-pressure radius of the 8,000 lb HC bomb is about 100 ft (33m), and the serious injury radius is somewhere around 150 ft (45 m).

Obviously the blast pressure from a 12,000 lb HC bomb will be higher, however due to the inverse square law you get severely limited returns from increasing the explosive mass. So in order to triple the lethal over-pressure radius (just to get to 100 m lethal radius) you would need to have many times the amount of explosives compared to that are in the 8,000 lb bomb. Obviously the 12,000 lb bomb has nowhere near that amount of filling.
