I did not know where to put this so here it is I am unsure if this is a bug or not I shoot a ship and randomly they explode like 2 mins later and it happens to me too my ship just explodes a while after being hit once is this a bug or something else I am confused on why this is happening.

fire spreading being changed not so long ago to lower TTK

I don’t think its fire I have shot someone they put out any fires then they explode 2 mins later and I get the kill but no one else was shooting at them and they just explode
if this is what it is and I just did not see their fires this is BS cuz I have exploded in my Scharnhorst with 90% crew when I am on fire and its only been 5 mins into the game its well I am mid putting out fires sometimes too its bs I should not be going kaboom 3-5 mins into a battle cuz of fires that I am putting out

this is what happens to me I try to put out fire then I explode its very upsetting bc this happend 2 times in the same game and I had boosters on and used backups
It’s literally fire spreading from the elevator to ammo bunker on your video, you just being unlucky at that time. You have to dodge to not being hit at the elevator.
ya but I feel like I should have to be on fire for more then 30 seconds for this to happen plus it keeps happening always around 17-15 seconds
They basically added fire spreading without much balancing or countermeasures. Activating fire control teams doesn’t reduce the spreading so in many situations you will be attempting to put it out and just detonate anyways. Not very fun with ships that have short ammo elevators.
