The only thing I could give you as a tip for early-to-midgame, is that if you get multiple MSL signatures from different angles, just proceed to a vertical notch (I especially recommend a downwards notch since you’re able to reposition with your active energy after pulling such maneuver).
The moment you try to notch them one by one or kinematically, you’re as good as hangar material.

The maneuver he showcases (the upside one) obviously has greater risks, and is way more aggressive, but it has greater rewards.
And in case of the downwards vertical notch, it is way more defensive, but on a screwed up situation, is basically better than just cope and spam missiles before blowing up.
