Did you even read what I said in the very first post I quoted you?

Ah yes, F-4N without PD radar, ARH missiles and bomb truck performance at 12.0/12.3…

Disregarding the ARH missiles and my sarcasm at the end, without PD at that high tier, F-4N (with 9H or even 9L and 7F or 7M) would be DOA simply because of radar that was carried over from F-4B
I personally don’t think it’s really worth adding.

F-4B could be another 10.7 or 11.0 (alongside F-4E if latter) if given E-2DF (not sure if Navy used it) and 9Gs

The A-5B, A-5C and RA-5C can carry underwing stores including Bullpups, I was researching them for a suggestion a while back
