well will see. it might restore that damaged file to normal. who knows. i’ve dismissed the trojan warning and restored files in microsoft defender but it wont launch anyway, so i have a feeling it might work if i reinstall it. but if the issue will still be there and defender will detect trojan again then idk, we will need to wait for devs to do something
I’m trying to fix it through Command Prompt. I’ll come back and let you know how it goes.
i wish the community support was faster there’s been no comments from community support yet.
I’m having the same issue here tried looking to uninstall/reinstall battle eye but the uninstaller and installer do no exist within the war thunder folder
It’s normal, firsts 4 hours hes come
i have c++ and vs++ , it would take 3hrs for me to reinstall it
here is some information that I keep getting.
21:14:04: Updating…
21:14:04: Starting BattlEye Service…
21:14:09: Launching game…
21:14:13: Failed to load a required component (11, c0e90007).
some features of the war thunder client may not work because we can’t confirm who published BE.dll that the app tried to load
I have 64 GB ram
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
Nvidia Geforce RTX 4080 Super
do the community support guys not do anything on the bug report page theres been only a few posts since my report but they havent even responded once yet?
had the same issue as well
Well guys, I tried doing a complete repair of both Windows and then the game folder itself through Command Prompt, but unfortunately it didn’t solve the problem. I may have to reinstall the game.
That said, I still think the developers should release a fix for this kind of issue, because it seems to happen fairly often with certain updates.
With that said, I’ll see you on the battlefield soon, after the lazy ones finally decide to take a look at this post. 😄
i am halfway into reinstalling
its problem on anti cheat side for sure, it has conflict with windows 11 only, it works perfectly fine on win 10
thats not gonna help, when you disable anticheat you can play game on custom battles
well too bad. i dont have another laptop with windows 10 :D
i don’t plan to reinstall because i don’t want to lose all my keybinds.
that will not help, you can just disable anti cheat and then play custom battles
yeah but firstly defender deleted the affected file. it might be restored with the reinstall since i dont have a separate battleeye launcher and it is build into the game.
i deleted the battleye launcher and repaired files and it had the same issue.
I get an “Exception Processing Message 0xXXXXXXXX (e.g. 0xc0000135) …” error when launching the game.
This is usually caused by missing system or Visual C++ runtime files that the game needs to run. Please fully reinstall the game and be sure to complete all setup steps (e.g. initial setup on Steam when launching the game for the first time).
thats what they say on battle eye FAQ. so reinstalling might help.
I do agree that you probably do not need to reinstall however you can back up your keybinds! Go to the keybinds page and at the bottom left there is a floppy disk icon. Hover over it first to make sure it’s the right button, it should say something like “SAVE to file”. (There is another button that completely resets your keybinds, so take your time, don’t click on the clear/delete one.)
Save your keybind file to your computer somewhere. It is an extremely small file. I not only backup my keybinds multiple times a year, sometimes monthly, but I also email that file to myself to have multiple backups just in case the worst happens in my computer completely crashes I’ll still have my keybind file for War Thunder 😂
I also suggest a good practice of backing up your keybinds before major updates, just in case something crazy happens 😉
