I things here that i inow wont show up on the next Q&A that i would love to have an answer for, assuming the devs can help.
The first is that we have an aircraft with anti ship missles but we dont have a single map in rotation at that BR range with naval targets in it! We have quite a few maps with water, ports, and open ocean even, but no naval targets! Is there any chance we can please get some to use these missles?
The second question is the functionality of these missles. I’ve seen this pop up once or twice but never answered, not once. The current anti ship missles dont work properly. Usinf them in custom battles amd in SIM it quickly becomes clear they dont work. They tend to fly over the target, overshoot, or fly past the forcastle and bridge of the target vessel. In real life these would hit nearer to the water line and strike the hull of the ship. This has been an ongling issue since this weapon system was added to the game. Where are we in getting it fixed? Is it in development, is it not in consideration, or are the devs still not aware of this yet?
