I load into my game to check new BR changes on my F-16A ADF IT, then I see that my AIM-7M (which I obviously researched long ago) is now unresearched, and a rather interesting custom loadout bug appears.
What is ever worse is that Italian air force never used AIM-7M, and if you look back our reasoning for the AIM-120s isnt that its just AIM-120s, but also because we wanted a realistic representation of F-16 in Italian service. So this is better than nothing, but we never used AIM-120A (pretty sure it was initially B model), only 4x AIM-120s could be used at one time (outter and furthest inner pylon), and also AIM-9L/I-1.
Also Im not complaining out of the blue, these were in the previous bug reports and conversations, and I continously asked moderators during the BR proposal period.
It is pretty clear that gaijin doesnt really care about specifics, but tries to do the bare minimum for the community.
Tip to gaijin: if you listened to us more, maybe we wouldn’t complain and revolt so much

Also other thing is this is forcing me to either grind more for what I already had, or pay money and spend GE. This gives me a conspiracy theory that gaijin made this error on purpose but im probably just really salty
I heard that others got automatically refunded some RP, but idk if it’s just me or the ROC F-16, but I have to grind Aim-7Ms again. Maybe it was because it wasn’t spaded, but I have no idea.

Yeah Ive also seen it happening to others, clear example of gaijin dev incompetence seeing how often stuff like this happens.
Personally mine had been spaded for some time so shouldnt be that
Luckily I got refunded, but I can’t even use my AIM-120s. It comes up as a modification, but I cannot equip them, they don’t show up anywhere. Also, the F-16 MLU has 60 CMs, but you only load in with 30…
Ah gaijin, say they do something, then just break what they claim they are fixing

I got 4k rp for the italian adf despite having it spaded. Now it’s painful with 9Ls at 13.3
I played a match with the MLU and got a refund of 50k+ RP when it ended. Maybe if you just join one and leave it will automatically refund your RP
Yeah me too it gave me like 50k and the new mods after a single match.
How do you get refunded RP? does it fall into the GE research pool or go to something else that you’re already researching?
Yup, I knew it would happen.
And to be honest I havent really been getting kills yet with the 120A, but that could just be skill issue on my part

Mine was spaded in terms of armament yet I still have to grind sparrows again.
It’s simply bs.
I’m just not really an AIM-120 enjoyer, so I wouldn’t use an F-16 at 13.3 just to use AIM-120
