Fun fact 1: Notch is about the radar signal. There’s another word for 3-9 lining a missile the energetically way
Fun fact 2: Stinger has 6km range with rocket on all the way. F13 can barely stay supersonic, and will drop more if ur trying to do anything. You will be caught up at 5km even if you run in a straight line, and with a bit of anything out of Straight Level Flight, it will be 4km.
Note the range is for 2secs after passing above the launcher, without considering frontal launches and dodging

Id say trying to outrun a missile in straight line with slow plane is exclusively problem of pilot.

On 10.0 there is already LAVAD, which in addition to stingers also has a minigun and unguided Hydra missiles. But here it is important to understand which Avanger we are talking about? The one with a radar or the one that is just a Stinger.

Either. Stinger’s shouldn’t be at 9.0-9.7 regardless of if the vehicle has radar or not.
Here it’s all about stingers and their effect on older planes, usually those without energy retention.
10.3 Mig23M suffers from it, but not 9.7 Harrier

Btw many of the fighters can’t CAP more effectively.
We already have Stingers on 10.0, nothing will change if Stingers appear on 9.3.
