An idea to help address both one death leaving and CAS spam

So, I’ve had an idea of what Gaijin could do to help two of the issues players have with the game.

As we’ve seen time and again, a significant percentage of the player base hates both CAS and one death leavers, with some hating both.

I’ve come up with a potential solution to this.

I propose that SPAA be further separated from the normal tech tree vehicles. The SPAA line would have no restrictions on when you can research those vehicles and won’t require unlocking additional vehicles, as long as the following conditions are met :

  • Player has a premium vehicle.
  • The spaa are researched sequentially like present.

If those conditions are met, then the player is able to research the SPAA up to the highest rank / BR of their premium.

Taking Britain as an example, a player purchasing the challenger DS would then be able to research and unlock SPAA up until the stomer, strela etc. This would increase the amount of SPAA on the battlefield, which can only be a good thing as well as giving those players something else to when their vehicle has died and they have no backups.

In this example, the user has a premium tank but not much of the tech tree unlocked, therefore they will be able to research the SPAA up to their current highest tier premium :

Thoughts?

It’s too long for me, but I think that most f&f ammo was an error (skills be gone?) but once added is too late. Better spaa and less rp needed to research them. I’m not gonna stay away from top tier just because I miss the tor and need 400k rp for it.
Since spaa usage is limited to defence, the cost should be severely reduced ( in addition with better missile handling )

About 1 death leavers, that situation has a lot of issues, easy spawn camp ( Poland with only C point mode ). Bad damage models means that hide and wait is the best tactic so once a team dominates the battlefield it is impossible to advance, etc.

So, as fast “solution” I would try no spawn limit (unit, no sp) and no repair cost. Maybe that will make players just w+click more than once, still being cannon fodder, but I guess would be better.
