If you aren’t playing 11.7 I understand but if you are using 2S6 over Pantsir at 11.7 you are just outright dumb. The Pantsir is the best AA in the game by a looooooong shot
Im being cheap and im waiting for the summer sale to buy it lol. The airframe cant go supersonic. I know some people think its indestructible but in my experience its trash.
The Airframe is extremely tanky the majority of the time. It also gets very very good air to ground missiles. (I just dropped a 10 kill game in ground RB with the SU25K two nights ago when I was playing 10.0 Russia). SU25SM3 is the most broken CAS in the game right now. SU25T/39 are also both very good with very good AGMs (also can carry 20 AGMs).
Much more tanky then the A-10. I’ve seen Strelas commonly one shot A-10s, but never have I seen a Stinger one shot an Su-25.
That said, there is literally no reason not to add the AMRAAM SPAAG. It fits the bill for everything- a trailer for radar, longer range missiles that in a few weeks will already be in game, and is a dedicated SPAAG platform.

I’ve done it on very very rare occasions. For the first time in a loooooong time I got one shot by a stinger in my SU25K the other night. I made the mistake of diving to late and turned to the point where the missile smacked right in the back center between both engines and I went down.
I dont find it to be tanky but I understand your opinion. I agree the SM3 is broken right now but the T and the 39 are just sad because they are not at a low BR like the K and dont have insane range like the SM3 so they are kinda trash in the meta rn.
The A-10 body is tanky but its wings are not so if a missile hits it they just fly off.
I’m still annoyed the SU39 got the KH29TEs and the SU25T didn’t. Though just the sheer amount of AGMs they can carry (and all of them are pretty decent) it’s pretty good still.
That because its a premium it also gets a radar pod that the T does not.
It should’ve been flipped around tbh. But nope gotta make that money. SU39 could go to 11.7 for ground RB tbh with the SU25T staying at 11.3. KH29TEs are very good.
