Would be nice if we could get SPAA with AIM-120s such as all the different Humvees, strikers, the one linebacker from 2016 from bae systems, and everything in-between or must USA SPAA be non-existent.

it has roughly a 20km range and isnt stingers completely different missile

tor-m1 has a shorter range version and radar but , the Type 81c is literally the same minus shorter range, not to mention I could list the dozens other nations that use a system similar to this (almost like the USA sells weapons to other countries). It would work just like any other spaa just fire and forget and if the air is competent enough they can dodge the missile pretty easily by flying low.

2 issues, 1st from the photo it only has 4 missiles which is not enough for Ground RB and even if it was on a striker it would still only has like 6 max due to missiles size. The second issue is that there is that the USA already has the ADATS and does not need a new top tier anti air.
Can it work offline?
The ADATS in no way or form is able to compete with the KH-38 and likewise munitions. Every nation except the USSR needs a new SPAA.

Except it does! Because the ADATS is by designation not SPAAG in game, therefore, the United States does not have a top tier SPAAG currently. Therefore it needs one.
Oh also yeah that’d be cool. I also want the M-SHORAD but I say that so much I’d be better off not saying it

Huh, the ADATS is new? And it’s an Anti-air? Last I checked it been around for 4 years and is classified as a tank destroyer, and is better as such.
Also, it has two IR seeker AIM-9’s between the AIM-120’s so 6 launches. It could be equipped with a munitions trailer as well…

There are no wheeled radar missile SPAAs? Have the Pantsir, Flakrarad, and ItO 90M been removed from the game recently and I didn’t know?
Good thing the SLAMRAAM has 4x AIM-120s and 2x AIM-9Xs (and if they added the SLAMRAAM that was tested on the HIMARS system then it would likely be able to carry more while also being on a more Pantsir-/Flakrarad-/ItO 90M-like vehicle).
They could also add the first-generation NASAMS system, which can carry six AIM-120s if ground-launched AIM-9Xs are “too soon” (although the NASAMS’ first gen is a trailer vehicle).
It’s not an SPAA in game, so it still has the massive spawn cost. It’s also one of if not the worst top tier “SPAA,” regardless of its spawn cost.
Brother, it is better in an Anti-Tank role than SPAA, and everyone knows it.
Especially compared to the pantsir S1
This point I am making was much more stated for everyone arguing that we don’t need an SPAAG and we already have one. Although you were quoted, it wasn’t really meant towards you since I know you have a general idea of what you are doing. Although I use the ADATS as anti air, I know a lot of people would agree with your point.
But yeah, the ADATS has 2S6 syndrome without getting the treatment of the 2S6
