Still better than Pantsir overall due to its anti tank capabilities even with slightly increased spawn cost. Lets not forget that the UK has an ADATS with a worse hull and power to weight ratio and does not have the Bushmaster. Also notice that this post is not in suggestions and would most likely not be accepted.
All of the ones listed above are SACLOS guided missiles not ARH guided. Also AIM-9X would not help that much just look at Israeli Chaparral.

We DO NOT have the 9X on the Israeli chaparral, that is an AIM-9G/L.
It is not just “slightly increased”. It increases every time you spawn in. So a late spawn Pantsir only costs 90 SP, while a late spawn ADATS can cost upwards of 300. Hardly fair- although it is an AT, acting like it’s an amazing, game ending TD is simply wrong. And also, because it leaves the US with what is no reasonably functioning anti air to choose from at top tier.
But hey, T-72B3 suffers from being bombed right? So Pantsir must outclass everything
Then there should be two variants one with anti air fuse in anti air tree and a AT on TD line.
Pantsir has around double the anti-air performance of an ADATS
These are SPAA, they should not be used in an Anti-role
The SP cost for a Pantsir is 70 SP. The Spawn cost for a ADATS I think is 500 ish (could be wrong)
Every nation needs a better SPAA at top tier. Additions like AMRAAM launcher for the US. ASRAAM launcher for the UK. Etc etc would be ideal candidates for new top tier SPAAs that can compete with the Pantsir and actually have an SP cost of 70

They are going to adding fuse control for things like the Vikhrs soon.
So why is this open?
AMRAAM is coming next major. Its a reasonable thread to explore the idea in more detail to come sooner rather than later. A suggestion doesnt mean it will be added soon. The Scimitar was on the leak list and that was suggested I think 8 years ago.
It also opens the floor to discussions for other nations, that may employ similar ARH missiles for air defence. Like Britain’s Sky Sabre.
Its better to keep suggestions threads clean of debates and tangents

ARH on SPAA is unprecedented
So was IR missile on an SPAA at one point time. Heck so was a radar and IRST
Just because we dont have any ARH on a SPAA. Doesnt mean that we shouldnt ever get ARH on SPAA.
The missiles are coming to the game. They dont even need to modeled. THey just need to mounted onto a new ground vehicle.
